Janet Hodgson

Finance Officer
Janet Hodgson is a registered BAS agent. She has worked in the finance industry for over 25 years, with specialist skills in strata finances ensures all strata are operating efficiently. Prior to working at Strata Complete, Janet was employed as a finance manager in the travel industry, and she still enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures. In her spare time, Janet enjoys walking her dogs and tending to her expansive garden.

Sam Murfet

Strata Manager

Sam Murfet manages a diverse portfolio and specialises in building compliance and fire safety. Prior to this role, Sam spent 10 years working in the property, in legal offices as a conveyancer and in real estate. Her knowledge of the residential property industry, coupled with a national qualification in Strata Management, helps ensure owners’ assets are well looked after.  In her spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband exploring Tasmania’s beautiful National Parks.

Lynn Stratton

Strata Manager
Lynn Stratton is a Strata Manager at Strata Complete who manages a large portfolio across Hobart. Prior to working in strata, Lynn worked in the real estate industry and was a long-term co-owner and operator of a local building company. Holding a Construction Card and Owner Builder Certificate, Lynn’s knowledge of the building industry is an asset to owners’ groups undertaking capital works and projects. Lynn is a highly experienced client relationship professional who offers a practical and friendly management style. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys being out on the water, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Connor Gatehouse

Strata Manager

Connor Gatehouse joined Strata Complete in 2021 and quickly obtained a sound and expansive understanding of strata management. Prior to joining our team, Connor completed university education and had extensive experience in customer service.  His excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and can-do attitude provides a reliable foundation for his owner’s groups.  In his spare time, Connor enjoys discovering new music and playing video games with friends.

Selina Wigg

Administration

Selina Wigg joined Strata Complete in 2022. Prior to joining Strata Complete was an Executive Assistant working in the real estate industry and has sold real estate in Queensland, specialising in units. Selina has a strong customer service background after working in aviation for most of her adult life. The combined experiences of both these professions are of great advantage to our administration role as communication and relationship building are among her strong points. Selina wants to win lotto and adopt all the rescue dogs in Hobart.
