Stuart Denney, Senior Branch Manager
Stuart is a licensed strata manager with 11+ years of experience in the strata industry. He became part of PICA Group in 2019 specialising in the management of complex mixed-use developments, large strata schemes, community associations, building management committees and co-operatives. Prior to working with PICA Group, Stuart worked as a strata consultant on numerous prestigious and well-known developments across Sydney. Stuart was awarded Strata Manager of the Year in 2014 by Strata Community Australia NSW and was runner up in 2012.
Beth Cocking, Branch Manager
Beth is a licensed strata manager with over eight years of experience in the industry managing a range of schemes including residential, commercial and large mixed-use schemes. Beth started with PICA Group in 2016 and continually focuses on building relationships with committee members, owners, building managers and other stakeholders to ensure the property you have developed is maintained for years to come.

Maria Maire, Senior Strata Manager
Maria manages strata plan number one – the first plan of its kind to be registered in New South Wales. She is also one of our longest serving staff members, having been with the business since 1980. Maria is a licensed Strata Manager and holds a real estate licence. She manages an extensive strata and company title portfolio located across the many suburbs of Sydney.
Maria has extensive exposure to a large variety of issues and problems, including attending a number of Department of Fair Trading mediation sessions on behalf of strata committees.
