Chris Moran, Senior Branch Manager and Licensee-In-Charge for GK Strata Management
Chris Moran is a licensed strata manager who joined PICA Group in June 2013, after spending almost two decades in the banking industry. Chris has managed large strata schemes with up to 370 lots including complex sites with mixed uses containing multiple buildings and building management committees.

As a previous strata unit owner, resident and strata committee member, Chris understands the issues surrounding strata communities and the importance of facilitating a harmonious and rewarding living environment. He also has the commercial knowledge and aptitude to contribute expeditiously to the community and satisfy administrative and compliance requirements.

Alex Moses, Property Services Manager
Alex Moses heads the property services team that provides support to our strata managers in the areas of repairs and maintenance, insurance claims and renewals and legislative compliance surrounding fire safety, asbestos, swimming pools, etc. Alex has 8 years’ experience in both the strata management industry.

Beatriz Castro, Finance Manager
Beatriz Castro joined GK Strata Management in May 2013 to head the finance team. Castro’s background is in trust account management with over eight years’ experience focused on strata management trust accounts. Her team provides support to the strata managers in the areas of trust accounting, budgets, accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as debt recovery.

Darren Wood, Compliance Manager
Darren Wood joined GK Strata Management in 2014 and manages new and exiting building processes, general compliance, risk assessment and customer experience.
