Marcus Terry — Head of Property Developer Advisory
Marcus is highly experienced at supporting clients through the pre-completion/registration stages of their development with expert guidance. This includes strata budgets, tendering services, design and environmental guidelines, by-law reviews and providing recommendations on current and emerging best practices.
He recently held the role of Director, Member Services at UDIA Queensland, in which he was representing developers and the wider property industry.
Marcus brings with him a broad range of development experience tailored with an expansive network of contacts to assist developers.

Hayley Wardrop – Developer Advisor
Hayley commenced her strata career in 2000, and has experience in finance management, strata management and team leadership across multiple branches. She has completed her Bachelor of Business Management and Accounting, Certificate IV in Property Services and is an Accredited Strata Community Manager via Strata Community Australia.
Hayley has successfully assisted developers such as Meriton, Lacey Group, Frasers Property and Trinity International in establishing the preparation of budgets, community title schemes, building management statements, principal bodies corporates, marinas and execution of legislative meetings, allowing a smooth transition for all parties involved.
Hayley prides herself in the importance of maintaining stakeholder relationships, tailoring specific requests for each project, effective communication, prompt service and quality management throughout the set-up of all new development schemes.

Zoe-Lee Brookes – National New Development Administrator
Zoe-Lee has gained over 8 years of experience helping developers establish new schemes.
She has consulted on a diverse range of multitiered developments including Strata Schemes, Community Title Schemes and Building Management Committees. She understands that each project varies and prides herself on ensuring that each project receives the unique service it requires.
She has extensive experience in establishing project budgets and levy estimates, arranging insurance, reviewing by-laws and management statements, establishing records and ensuring all meetings are held within the legislative time frames.
She has completed her Bachelor of Business and Certificate of Registration and is obtaining her Certificate IV in Strata and Community Management.
