NSW landlords impacted by COVID-19 may be eligible for land tax relief

As part of the $440 million NSW Government land tax relief scheme, commercial and residential landlords who reduced the rent of their tenants due to COVID-19 can now apply for land tax relief of up to 25 per cent.
