Participants needed for Service NSW’s Strata Portal pilot ahead of July launch

NSW Government is looking for participants to help trial Strata Portal

From legislative changes to urgent essential service updates, Service NSW is piloting the Strata Portal ahead of a July launch and are looking for committee members to participate.

The Strata Portal has been created as a way for government agencies to share important information with NSW’s strata properties. The portal will provide a direct means of communication for a range of topics, including; legislation changes, cladding, and other strata-significant topics.

PICA Group, along with other industry stakeholders, has played a pivotal consultation role in generating the pilot portal representing the needs and views of strata managers, owners and committees.

The pilot is a quick and easy opportunity for participants to share their feedback about what works for them and what doesn’t.

If would like to take part in the pilot you can access the portal here. You’ll need the following information ready before you begin; driver’s license details, Medicare card details, strata plan number and lot details of your scheme, secretary contact details and strata manager and building manager contact details (if you have one).

For more information or assistance please email strataportal@service.nsw.gov.au. To provide feedback on the pilot, or your experience using the portal please take this survey. Service NSW is an agency and department of the NSW Government.
