Body Corporate and Community Management Regulations update
Progress continues on new regulation and reform to the Body Corporate and Community Management Regulations with the extensive consultation process now being complete and draft modules being released. The Attorney General advised at the SCA (QLD) conference in March this year that the draft regulations are expected to be in Parliament and passed in late 2020.
